Menstrual Health Education for Schools & Corporations

Nature’s Cycle delivers interactive, evidence-informed menstrual health education for schools and corporations, helping young people and employees build the knowledge, confidence and language to better understand menstrual and reproductive health.

Why Menstrual Health Literacy Matters?

Menstrual health is far more than a period issue—it can directly affect physical health, emotional wellbeing, confidence, presence, acquisition and performance at work and for students in schools. Yet stigma, misinformation and limited education can leave both young people and employees struggling in silence, unsure of what is normal or when to seek support.

Effective menstrual health education gives people the knowledge and language to understand their bodies, manage symptoms and recognise potential warning signs linked to concerns such as heavy bleeding, severe period pain, endometriosis, Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS), previously called PCOS and perimenopause.

For schools, this can strengthen wellbeing, inclusion, confidence and engagement in learning. For corporations, it can support attendance, productivity, staff retention and a healthier workplace culture, while equipping managers and HR teams to respond with greater understanding.

Nature’s Cycle® helps schools and corporations move beyond basic period education to build informed, supportive environments where menstrual health is understood, conversations are normalised and people feel empowered to seek help when they need it.

The revised Department for Education guidance, which came into effect on 1 September 2026, includes teaching about menstrual and gynaecological health, average periods, premenstrual syndrome, heavy menstrual bleeding, endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, reproductive health, fertility, menopause and when to seek professional support.

Our evidence-informed sessions help schools approach these subjects in an age-appropriate, engaging and supportive way while building students’ knowledge, confidence and health literacy.
